Delivery
1. Unless under special arrangement offered by our Company (our Company's customer service officer will contact you directly), you agree and accept that you will collect your ordered merchandise from our selected courier – “SF Express” and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund. Because the delivery service is the responsibility of third party, our Company will not be held responsible for any losses caused by late delivery.
2. Merchandise will be sent out within 5 working days from the day after an order is processed. Our customer service officer will inform you by email after the item is sent out.
3. You will receive a call / an email with the merchandise tracking number after our Company has sent out the merchandise. You can track the delivery status with the tracking number on SF Express website (www.sf-express.com). Please refer to S.F. Express for arrival date.
4. If you decide to pick up at “SF Locker” or “SF Store”, please pick up the merchandise according to the scheduled date(s) and time assigned by SF Express. Otherwise, SF Express may change the delivery method and surcharge may be applied. We shall not be liable for any delivery rearrangement and surcharge required by SF Express.

5. All expected delivery dates are estimates only, it may be delayed because of traffic, weather or any other uncontrollable factors. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you as a result of any late delivery. Third-party logistics will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the merchandise before the expected delivery date. We assume you agree with any possible delay on delivery.
6. Please check the conditions of the merchandise before signing and confirming your receipt of the merchandise. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage after your receipt confirmation.
7. While sending the merchandise to the address of recipient as stated in the order, the order will be regarded as the completion one no matter the designated recipient signs for it.
8. We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Unsuccessful delivery of merchandise will be returned to our Company, and the delivery charges paid will not be refunded. Customers must pay the relevant delivery charges for the second delivery.
9. You will become the owner of the merchandise you have ordered when it has been delivered to you. Once merchandise has been delivered to you, it will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.
10. Force majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, epidemic, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
11. Unless otherwise specified, delivery charge will be imposed on each delivery at a minimum rate of HK$30 per order (not applicable for remote areas and outer islands). The delivery charge is calculated automatically by the system based on the size and weight of the merchandise you purchase. Our current free delivery threshold calculated by total billed amount for a single order is HK$500.
We reserve all rights to adjust free shipping order amounts at any time and from time to time. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
