Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs and Maintenance of Electronic products Terms & Conditions:

Fayeking Technology Limited, (collectively "we", the "Company" or "Fayeking") and we own and operate the site. Fayeking provides limited maintenance services for the electronic products that it sold. Unless the product is a gift or otherwise specified, all electronic products are entitled to a 3-month or 1-year limited warranty service (please refer to the terms & conditions of relevant electronic products for warranty period), effective from the date of the original sales receipt/invoice issued by the Company or our distributors.

1       In order to enjoy free service during the warranty period, the original receipt/invoice of the purchaser must be presented during maintenance, otherwise, the Company reserves the right not to provide maintenance services.
2  This warranty is not applicable for the following conditions:
2.1    any part of the product has cracks, water stains, corrosion, burning, bumps, damage, incomplete parts, and other surface damage.
2.2    malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse, not following the user manual of the product, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections or peripherals, use of non-spare parts, service modifications or repair performed by a person not authorized by the Company, or other conditions not arising from defects in product materials or workmanship;
2.3    the original label is torn, altered, or incomplete (if applicable);
2.4    the customer provides false maintenance information. However, under the judgment of the company, if the product is repairable, the company may quote another price for the replacement parts and accessories according to the situation, and charge for repairs with the customer's consent. Any damaged parts and accessories after the replacement belong to the company. 
2.5    if the product (including diffuser, sprayer) is not used with K-clean Antibacterial Fluid, no free repairs service will be provided and the product cannot be returned.
3        Any damaged parts after replacement will be owned by the Company, and the Company will not be responsible for the scratches or damage of the casing made during repairs and maintenance.
4       The Company will not be liable for any compensation for any direct or indirect losses incurred by customers due to product failure or improper use of the product (including using with products other than K-clean).
5       Repairs and maintenance services are only applicable in Hong Kong.
6       For any product or its parts which have been discontinued, or the damage to the product cannot be repaired, the Company reserves the right not to repair and without replacement of other products.
7       If some electronic products are found to have factory defects after inspection, customer can replace product of the same model within 7 days of the date customer receiving the product (except for certain designated brands and accessories) by informing and getting the approval of the Company in advance. In the rest of the warranty period, customer must contact the Company and arrange the appointment in order to bring the product, together with the original receipt/invoice, to the Company to have the inspection and maintenance. For customer who purchase our electronic products through other distributors, please contact the corresponding distributor directly.

8       Product that has been replaced is not eligible for the extended warranty period.
9       The Company reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without prior notice and reserves the right of the final decision in case of any dispute.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
