Reminder:

This atomizer is not recommended to be moved too much in order to reduce the chance of leaking K-clean into the internal parts of the machine.

If this diffuser has not operated more than a week, It is recommended to fill in some water and switch on for 3 minutes for cleaning, and then properly placed.

Repairs and maintenance services:

Customer who purchases electronic products including K-clean diffusers and sprayers from K-clean official website can enjoy limited maintenance services.

The warranty period of the electronic product is ONE year, effective from the date of purchase on the sales receipt or electronic invoice.

If some electronic products are found to have factory defects after purchase, customer can contact us within 7 days of the date customer receiving the product. Once the problem is confirmed to exist and there are not any breach of warranty conditions as described in Clause (2) of the Repair and Maintenance of Electronic products Terms and Conditions of our Company, our Company will arrange replacing the same model of the product to the customer.

If there is any non-human damage found on the product after 7 days of the date customer receiving the product and up to the end of the warranty period, customer should bring the electronic product, together with sales receipt / electronic invoice to our Customer Service Centre for free inspection and repair. Our Company is unable to provide repairs and maintenance services for products without official purchase records.

The replaced/repaired product will continue to enjoy limited warranty services in the rest of the warranty period as calculated from the date of original purchase, but the warranty period will not be extended.

Our company will no longer provide any form of maintenance services after the warranty.
